I must say, you meet the most interesting people in the Harte Infiniti Service Department ! Yesterday, I was introduced by one of my clients to Mr. Dan Pious, a longtime customer of the dealership. Dan owns a 2008 G35X, and prior to that an Infiniti QX4. It also happens that Dan and his brother Jordan, last year competed in AND WON the sixteenth season of the hit CBS TV reality show "The Amazing Race" !! According to Dan, the exhaustive filming schedule took place over 24 days, and as fans of the show are aware, spanned the globe. The competition tests both mental and physical endurance, and requires teamwork and resolve. The winning team splits a $1,000,000 grand prize !! Dan and Jordan finished ahead of the McCoy brothers of Tulsa OK, at the finish line in San Francisco. After the trek from Shanghai, the teams were tasked with ascending the Coit Tower, navigating a virtual maze, lugging a giant trunk through the streets, and assembling a puzzle of the previously eliminated teams. After that kind of ordeal, I'm sure the driver's seat of Dan's G35X feels pretty comfortable !! He is pictured with Harte Infiniti Sales Consultant Sean Dyer.
